the hotel is pretty small. owners are very friendly and helpful (even too much helpful :) the room was bright and had enough space. very comfort matress. breakfast was served in the room: food (water, croissants, apples, coffe mashine, electric kettle, candys, fridge etc.) was on the table when we cheked in, so i eat half of it before i went to bed :) there is also very good hair drier,
the locker of bathroom was broken the room and bathroom were tiny but still has enough space

Truly enjoyed the room with ac, my bed was very comfy. There were central heating, a private safe, and flat-screen TV. The location was particularly good for me as it was really close to Colosseum, the Vatican, the Pantheon, Fontana di Trevi, Rome's Churches and more others and Very close to station and major attractions like Colosseum- 15 minutes walking.

Pretty B&B place, looked very clean, big room with nice small balcony to the street.
There was no soap or small shampoos for use.

The helpful staff made it shine
The staff greeted us warmly and shared great tips about exploring the city. Our spacious Double Room was verynice and neat.
Payment issues arose as we couldn't charge directly to our card, leading to unexpected complications and phone calls to sort things out.

We got more that we expected. This b&b is family business from Nepal. One young guy will take care of everything. He is friendly but he likes more to chat with girls at net(what is reasonably according his age:-),so you must to remind him about things to do.We were at 1st floor, room No 1.Everything is clean and new.Room has more than enough space.Own bathroom that is small but shower cabin isn'T.Good location.Street is noisy but when you close the balcony door all of the noise stops.Air conditioning device is good.Soundproof of walls are also good.Only noise will be from heavy doors of the floor that you have to push harder to close it,but rarely. There are few good shops nearby.Breakfast is more like formality but we didn't care because we like to sleep longer.Generally we were very glad to stay there.

The room was great value and neat and it had a shower, hair dryers, and guest toiletries, that's cool. Its location near cafes and restaurants was good.

The people who ran the hotel
Location outside was not great and the price was high

The one member of staff was very polite and helpful, the room was spotlessly clean but Navigator Roma is more of a youth hostel than a hotel, the price was way more than it should have been!
I didn´t like anything except the cleanliness. For half of what we paid for, it would have been a reasonable deal but we are not budget travellers anymore and want something completely different. We chose this hotel because of the price. For 90€, we have got nice, 3-4 star hotels in the same area.

Definitely it is in a perfect location for tourist visitors. 10 minutes walk through beautiful area to the Colosseum and forum romanum, 7 min walk to Santa Maria Maggiore, 10 min walk to Rome Termini station, Vittorio Emanuelle metro station just round the corner, supermarket shops and very nice Italian pizza restaurants very close to accommodation.

The owner was too friendly.... Rather disturbing I must say...
